Company description

In 1991 Silicon & Synapse was founded by Allen Adham, Michael Morhaime and Frank Pearce. In 1994 Davidson & Associates aquired Silicon & Synapse for less than 10 million dollars. In the same year Davidson & Associates changed the name of Silicon & Synapse to Blizzard Entertainment. In the very same year Blizzard Entertainment launched their first game: Warcraft: Orcs & Humans which turned out to be a hit, also later releases of Warcraft became very popular, gamers all over the world played it, this was especially because of highly advanced multiplayer support. Blizzard Entertainment also released some other great titles like Blackthorne, Diablo, Starcraft and The Lost Vikings, the last one was developed under the "Silicon & Synapse" brand.

This company is also known for taking the time to make a great game, instead of just bringing it out and farming the money quickly.

A top gaming company. Releasing top games like the Diablo series and Warcraft series Blizzard is awesome and I recommend you get all of their games.
