Dear visitors,

It may have been quiet for awhile but backstage I was working on our Installer's scripts. The Installer has been upgraded to version, the earlier version ( has been relased in June 2006 so it took a long time before it has been updated.

The changes:
- Users are able to install files to a network directory/path
- Users are able to install files to the root of their harddisk and other hardware featuring a driveletter
- Additional shortcuts will be added to user's start-menu (for instance: Battle Chess Help File, Golden Axe Setup)
- Additional shortcuts will be added to a separate folder
- Additional shortcuts have special start-menu icons
- A new compession technique has been implemented, which could save up to 5% package size
- Loadtime of the installer has been reduced by at least 1 second

Please note: None of the packages we have on the site are packed in the new version yet but soon the first packages will appear.

Some announced new CGN-style packages:
- 4th Generation (a.k.a. The Fourth Generation)
- A-10 Cuba (featuring the requested music/sound bugfix)
- Albion
- Battle Chess
- And much more...
