I found out what game pack this must have been I had :)

Interestingly I can't remember the Actua Soccer game from the pack but I finally found out what "that cool strategy game" was in the pack ^^ (Fantasy General ;) )

lol, i still have the orig CD of it xD (was bundled in some 6-pack with games like Magic Carpet 2, Terranova: Strike Force Centauri and something else i can't remember)
