Chrono Trigger is a classic and one of the greatest RPGs of all time. It's also one of my favorites and I think it's one of Square's greatest games ever. The story starts in 1000 AD. The main character is Crono who lives in Guardia. You also get allies along you during the course of the game(Marle, Lucca, Frog, Robo...). The gameplay is very unique, also there are no random battles, which I really don't like that much since I got into a battle every 10 seconds in the Final Fantasy games. You can see the enemies on the screen and if you get really close to them you start the battle. Battles are fought in the same environment when you start the battle. Time traveling is a great aspect of this game, you usually have to go back and forth through time in order to complete most tasks. You do this by using portals found in different parts of the game or by using the Epoch(Umm, like a time machine). Chrono Trigger is one of the best games on Snes. Graphics(compared to Snes games) is one of the best ever. Sound is THE best I have ever heard on a Snes game.

If you do like the classics and never played Chrono Trigger before, you must try it. It is a game that even people who don't like Rpgs could enjoy...
