Description: This little program makes it possible to create your own pinball "games", actually you only create the levels, and you need the main application to play your levels but it's very nice.

The graphics are 4 colours, because the application is very old. You really need a slowdown utility because the game is lightning fast on recent systems. So if you want to make your own Pinball levels try this tool, it's very easy to use.
