Description: As most of the Windows 3.x users know, Win3.x doesn't have a startbar like Windows 95 and later versions of Windows, well with this small application you can get a startbar in Windows 3.x, it doesn't look as good as the Windows 95 startbar but it's a startbar written for Windows 3.x and it's very easy to use and works the same as Windows 95's startbar. A must have for Win3.x users!
