Contributions are back User avatar

Finally!

All updates have been uploaded and installed on the server, we have a new and bigger secondary disk drive, and the uploads are enabled again.

I know the re-release of the contributions system has been delayed for months, but we didn't want to leave the site half finished. Our contributions system is now in its final shape, and isn't likely to change for a long time now.

I still have a long list of features I want to add to the site, but they are Top Secret right now. Some of them are even better than the contributions system, so I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Good night, and have fun,
The CGN Crew.

UPDATE: I have posted a list of new features on the forum. I'll update it whenever something has been changed, added or removed, so be sure to check it often :)

Airgopher I don't know where to start....oh yeah, first what's your problem with creating a new forum acount?
Second, if the contributions are down it's because there are already too many and 100 people are going to get points soon.
Lastly, how would you reply to something like

"WHY CNA'T I DONLAD TIS GAME???? SOME1 EMAIL ME PLZZZZ"

Some people, especially somewhat older people or kids (10-14 years of age) always have to complain about stuff. What the big point is that they are missing as I would call it a 'real life'... concerning the guy who just said that we don't do our job very well you belong to one of them. I have a 36-40 hours/week job at a respected helpdesk here in Holland and there are always people that think that a product sucks... simply because they don't realise that it takes time to test a product and improve it.

Oh, but couldn't you just tell the mods what to do and what not to do? That would make your job easier, I think.

I don't think "do nothing" will be of much use...
