But this is the Final Fantasy IV and it therefore has those things that you just mentioned and I just submitted a full translation so start playing.

They also removed some abilitys from the US version (so you dont have to tax your tiny, inferior brains) e.g. Cecil's dark wave and Yang's power strike.
If you want to have those back then you can get the game on GBA (it was so good that the fans demanded a port)

Should we upload both the original version with a translation and the US version so that players can pick and choose?

There are two major versions of this game. One is the easy, or US version and the Hard, or Japanese version translated into English. The hard version is the original and is left completely intact. Some roms you can find that are translated others not. The easy version is, well easier, and has some rooms removed. For example in the hard version you can enter the developers room where you can find the Porno Book (Sorry, no pictures!) and fight the developers. In the easy version they removed them as well as some of the racier comments.
