Open Puzzle Bobble and save game (it doesn't matter what level or difficulty you choose...). Close Puzzle Bobble.
Open the Registry Editor (Start->Run...->regedit->ok) then open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GAMEBANK\PUZZLE BOBBLE and edit the "Save data" value by double-clicking on it. Set this value to 77, then close the registry editor and start the game... Load and you will be at the last level!
