New Body:
On the second level of Alex Kidd in Miracle World, destroy the tentacles of the first octopus. Ideally use the ring, unless you have good swimming and punching skills. When you destory the octopus, goto it's body and press down on the controll pad. You will be taken to an under water cavern level. Avoid the fish and whales, or kill them as you see fit. Continue to the right, and you will pop out on dry land. Collect all of the large money bags and the extra life at the end.
